For the past week I haven't been able to access a Windows 10 PC over the network with any of my several media players/devices. Tried several different fixes and none but this worked. I didn't even have to disable IPV6. Thanks!!!

As per Nicolai's post - the firewall is masking the IP address of incoming connection request. You need to speak to firewall admins. As a workaround, add another hosts entry for the master ser on the client: 10.1.12.64 Master-name 10.1.100.1 Master-name 'Master-name' will be the name in Server entry in the registry. It is possible that the system name fot this PS3 system has not been registered". The client side recieves this error: "Clientless(Browser) SSL VPN access is not allowed."
