If this is your setup you can only use port based sites for now, because you need to add mDNS entries, and diskstation DNS Server doesn't support this. Or you could use another server on the network to yell the appropriate mDNS entries onto the network. You should bother the guys over at synology to add mDNS support for this. Case 2 "True" DNS:
